So we learn to hold it in. To shrink. To survive.
But feelings are not enemies. They are the body’s language, signals rising to remind us that we matter.
This week’s meditation, Emotional Alchemy, is about creating space for those feelings again. Not to erase them. Not to fix them. But to meet them with tenderness.

– Notice where emotions live in the body
– Practice gentle affirmations of belonging
– Carry compassion into your day
You are allowed to feel. All of you belong. You are worthy of tenderness.
