Meditation for Loneliness After Leaving a Narcissistic Relationship

There's a particular kind of quiet that shows up after you leave — different from being alone before the relationship, because now you know what the silence replaced. Some nights it's peaceful. Other nights it echoes, and the echo convinces you that you're the only person in the world feeling this specific ache.

You're not. This kind of loneliness is one of the most common — and least talked about — parts of leaving a narcissistic relationship. It doesn't mean you made the wrong choice. It means you're a person adjusting to a life that finally has room in it, even when that room feels unfamiliar and a little too quiet.

This meditation doesn't try to talk you out of the loneliness or rush you toward feeling better. It offers company inside it — a reminder that your own presence, even now, especially now, is enough to be with.
