At some point, usually without warning, a different feeling starts to show up alongside the exhaustion — a flicker of curiosity about what your life could actually look like now. It might show up as a stray thought about a hobby you dropped years ago, an interest in traveling somewhere just for you, or simply catching yourself imagining a future instead of just surviving the present.

That flicker is easy to dismiss, especially if you've spent a long time in survival mode. It can feel unfamiliar, even suspicious — like trusting it might set you up for disappointment. But it's also one of the clearest signs that something in you is healing.

This meditation is for the moment you notice that flicker and aren't sure what to do with it. It won't hand you a five-year plan. It will help you sit with the possibility long enough to let it feel real.
