Emotional exhaustion often lingers long after the day itself has ended.

The body feels tired.

The mind continues moving.

Thoughts replay conversations, worries, memories, possibilities, regrets, fears.

Many women healing after emotionally harmful relationships carry a nervous system that learned to stay alert for a very long time.

At night, when the world becomes quieter, the mind often grows louder.

Overthinking can become a form of vigilance.

A way the nervous system keeps searching for safety, clarity, certainty, or control.

This gentle guided sleep meditation was created to offer emotional companionship during those nighttime hours when rest feels difficult.

Inspired by Yoga Nidra practices for nervous system relaxation, this meditation slowly guides awareness through the body, breath, and sensory grounding while creating spaciousness for the nervous system to soften toward sleep.

There is no pressure to “do this correctly.”

No pressure to force sleep.

The invitation is simply to rest.

To soften.

To allow the body to feel held for awhile.

Tonight, dear one, you do not need to carry everything alone.
