Even with time and distance, the mind can return to moments—replaying conversations, searching for where something could have been different. Over time, this can shift from trying to understand what happened… to questioning oneself.
This meditation offers a gentle space to sit with those questions. To soften the weight of self-blame, even just a little. And to begin to reconnect with a deeper sense of self-compassion—allowing space for the possibility that what you’ve been carrying may not have been yours to carry in the way you have been carrying it.
