Setting Boundaries Without Fear: Healing Relationships After Narcissistic Abuse
Oct 14, 2025Boundaries are not walls. They are doors and pathways — acts of love that protect your energy, your peace, and your joy.
After narcissistic abuse, boundaries can feel dangerous. Saying no may have once cost you connection, belonging, or even safety. So you learned to bend, to give more than you had, to keep yourself small.
That was not weakness.
It was survival.
It was love doing its best to keep you safe.
But hear this: your boundaries are not wrong. Your needs are not too much. You are allowed to take up space.
This week’s meditation, Setting Boundaries Without Fear, is an invitation to return to your own edges with compassion.
In this 20-minute meditation, you’ll be guided to:
– Release fear around boundaries
– Rest into your body’s sense of safety
– Affirm your right to space, peace, and protection
Your boundaries are sacred.
You can set them without fear.
And so you are.
You are not broken.
And you are not alone.
